Hawaii 5 0 . . . I mean 0 7

Just a lil tour round the northern hemisphere's best surf breaks with a good pal from from Calgary. After a few days of thawing out in Waikiki, we hit up Bonzai Pipeline for a pro comp and big waves (we were not completing), Makaha for some beach breaks and back to 'lulu for the NFL Probowl. Thanks Benner. When do we get to go back?

A real blesing to shoot back to Calgary for 9 days over Christmas. I chilled with family, played with my new newphew, hung with the nieces, and searched out a some local pow! Here's some pics.

Thanks Matty for a great visit - from sea kayaking, ta surfing with psycho seals, and a lil Rock action, it was good times had by all.

PS: the Cigar is chocolate for all you Medical folks or people whose names start with Mom.

Rob's Visit to Vic

Some pics from a great week-end spent with my Bro. It was pretty rainy but we managed to hit a nice day the the Beach - Jordan river is a place I like to go surfing in the winter.

We also snagged some live crabs on the docks down in Sooke and had a big cook out! They were huge, and the thru in a third crab, for free, who was missing a claw. Such a great humanitarian accomplishment has never tasted so good.

Aussie, Aussie, Aussie!

I was fortunate to spent 2 weeks with my folks in Australia after Christmas. Nothin' beats and ice cold cuppa on the beach!

Went on a recent trip to Osaka, JP to visit my buddy Dave. That's me with gogs and Dave with the Woh (White boy afro!) that's my new wurd, you can use it if ya show it love!

Mixing and scratching Nippon style. Here's a shot from recent trip to Japan.

I grew up Snowboarding and doing all-things mountain in Calgary, Alberta. Out here, snow comes in liquid form. I'm a little less graceful ridin' foam, but it's been fun trying to pick up surfing!

Who am I? Mark Scott

Where do I live? Victoria, BC, Canada

What am I doing? Investigating the tensile strength of a hospital quality rubber glove, all part of my duties as a family medicine resident at the Royal Jubilee Hospital. Oh yeah, occasionally I help sick people get better too.
